Yeah. So this is probably the closest I will ever come to needing to justify a non-canon slash ship as canon. Because guise, it’s slash. It’s fun and awesome and the porn, but it isn’t canon. No amount of squee and analyzing and picspams make something non-canon canon. BUT SON, Derek and Stiles are two characters that need to be shipped because in most circumstances they would be canon. Unfortunately for us, neither of them is a female (hetero ships still are the majority) and two neither of them is canonically gay/bi/have bi or gay tendencies (arguable about Stiles though, let’s be real). Why then am I arguing they could be canon in most circumstances?
